The device supports RS232, E1 G.703, and fiber optic interfaces. Across all communication channels, command transfer time is less than 6 milliseconds, enabling fast fault detection and secure operation of high-speed protection systems. Thanks to its modular design, RS232, E1, or fiber interfaces can be easily added or removed as needed.
Built entirely with industrial-grade electronic components, the Simgenet Teleprotection Unit ensures high durability. Its output ports can withstand up to 70 Amperes of instantaneous current, preventing failures that commonly occur with relay contacts in similar products. Operating across a wide power range of 40–72 VDC, the device has been stress-tested to confirm its suitability for harsh field environments.
Fiber interface modules support distances from 20 km up to 120 km over single-mode fiber. RS232 and E1 G.703 interfaces also provide secure, high-speed communication (<6 ms). With CE, EMC Level 4, and LVD certifications, the unit is a reliable solution for both national and international energy infrastructures.
