LR Link - HS804

The HS804 Network Platform is a high-performance network appliance developed by Shenzhen Lianrui Electronics (LR-Link). It supports dual Intel® Xeon E5-2600 v4/v3 or E5-1600 v4/v3 processors and is designed in a 2U rack-mount form factor, making it suitable for handling intensive networking tasks in data centers and enterprise infrastructures.

HS804 provides up to 256 GB of DDR4 ECC & Registered memory through eight DIMM slots, supporting 1866/2133 MHz modules. Networking capabilities are modular, with four front LAN module bays. These slots support Intel i350 or Intel XL710-based copper/fiber NICs, enabling both 1G and 10G connectivity as required.

For storage, HS804 supports removable 3.5” SATA/SAS HDDs and includes a CF card slot. The front panel features multiple status LEDs (power, HDD, system fault) and I/O ports (2× USB 2.0, 1× COM, 2× LAN). On the rear panel, a 350 W (1+1) redundant power supply ensures reliability for mission-critical deployments.

Physically, the appliance measures 440 mm (W) × 600 mm (D) × 89 mm (H) and weighs 21 kg. It operates in 0 °C–50 °C environments and can be stored between −20 °C and 75 °C, with a humidity tolerance of 10–90% non-condensing, making it robust for demanding data center conditions.

With its powerful processors, large memory capacity, and modular NIC design, the HS804 is well-suited for enterprise network security applications. It serves as an ideal hardware base for deploying firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, UTM, or SD-WAN solutions. Organizations can run open-source software like pfSense and OPNsense or commercial platforms such as Sophos, FortiGate VM, and Check Point to build scalable and reliable network infrastructures.
