LR Link - HS412

The HS412 Network Platform is a high-performance network appliance, developed by Shenzhen Lianrui Electronics (LR-Link) in a compact 1U chassis. It integrates an 8-core Intel® Atom C3758 processor operating at 2.2 GHz with 16 MB cache, delivering robust gateway capabilities for industries like industrial automation, communications, transportation, education, and healthcare.

On the hardware front, HS412 supports up to 64 GB of DDR4 memory via two Long-DIMM slots (commonly configured with 32 GB RDIMM). Networking is powered by 6 × 1 GbE RJ45 ports (Intel I210AT) and 2 × 10 GbE SFP+ ports, with bypass functionality for enhanced reliability.

In terms of expandability, HS412 includes two PCIe x4 slots, one Mini-PCIe slot, and a VGA interface. Storage options include one mSATA slot and one HDD bay compatible with 2.5” or 3.5” drives.

Physically, the device measures 430 mm (W) × 450 mm (D) × 44 mm (H) and weighs approximately 5 kg. It runs on a 250 W ATX power supply and operates reliably in temperatures ranging from 0°C to 50°C, with storage tolerances of -20°C to 60°C and non-condensing humidity up to 95%.

HS412 offers a flexible and powerful hardware foundation for network security tasks such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, UTM, or SD-WAN. Organizations can deploy open-source platforms like pfSense and OPNsense, or commercial solutions like Sophos, FortiGate VM, and Check Point, leveraging HS412’s versatile and scalable architecture.
